We found that Southeast Asia is a traveler’s nirvana offering
natural wonders like the mystical limestone islands of Halong

and booming cities like Hong Kong and Singapore.
A WALK ON THE “WILD SIDE”
When I arrived in Zurich and met Swiss Trails founder Ruedi 32
Jaisli for my one-on-one pre-hike briefing, he did his best to
32 reassure me: “This is one of the most spectacular tours you
can do in Switzerland,” he said. “It’s a hike, not a climb. It’s
self-guided; go at your own rhythm.”
