                        SEAFOOD CEVICHE





                          Ingredients:


                         4 -6 ounces of raw white fish (like mahi mahi),
                         4-6 ounces of boiled shrimp, calimari, or octopus.
                         1 tsp salt
                         1 pinch of black pepper
                         1 tsp diced Garlic
                         ½ tsp Cilantro
                         ½ tsp Celery
                         ½ cup thinly sliced red onions (julienned)
                          ½ tsp diced fresh Chili pepper
                          4 limes
                          2 tsp Fish Stock
                          2 tsp evaporated milk


                         Preparation:


                      Cut the of fish into ½ inch cubes, Blend with other boiled and choped
                      seafood of choice, and add salt, garlic, black pepper, cilantro, celery,
                      red onions and chopped fresh chili pepper, mix everything. Add the juice
                      of the four limes and fold the ingredients together thoroughly.
                      Then add the fish stock and the milk and fold ingredients together.
                      Serve on a plate with lettuce, sweet potato, and corn as garnish.
                      Let it sit for 5 minutes and then eat it immediately. And enjoy!
