Fish Ceviche


                               Ingredients:
                               -          220 grams of white fish (like mahi mahi)
                               -          1 tsp salt
                               -          1 pinch of black pepper
                               -          1 tsp diced Garlic
                               -          ½ tsp Cilantro
                               -          ½ tsp Celery
                               -          ½ cup thinly sliced red onions (julienned)


                               -          ½ tsp diced fresh Chili pepper
                               -          4 limes
                               -          2 tsp Fish Stock
                               -          2 tsp evaporated milk


                               Preparation:


                               Cut the 220g of fish into ½ inch cubes, add salt, garlic, black pepper,
                           cilantro, celery, red onions and chopped fresh chili pepper, mix every‐
                           thing. Add the juice of the four limes and fold the ingredients together
                           thoroughly.
                               Then add the fish stock and the milk and fold ingredients together.
                               Serve on a plate with lettuce, sweet potato, and corn as garnish.
                               Let it sit for 5 minutes and then eat it immediately. And enjoy!
