At one point during dinner, Lawrence summed
up the team’s vision. “For fine dining, you need
the holy trinity - great food, great ambiance, and
great service. You can’t have two, without the
other.”
As we said our goodbyes and headed home,
still marveling at the wonderful evening, there
was no doubt Sassella delivered all three.
