Art lovers can also enjoy great art in the dining
rooms of many Santa Fe restaurants. As we sipped
drinks in the landmark Pink Adobe, rustic art sur-
rounded us, including the brightly painted dining
tables that date back to its founding in the 1940s
. We savored street smart murals by Vela Art at
the rooftop cantina of the Coyote Cafe made fa-
mous by chef Mark Miller. One floor below, the
Cafe’s fine dining room basks in the glow of a chili
pepper red glass sculpture. And at Sazón, arguably
Santa Fe’s top restaurant, the walls burst with the
bold, energetic paintings of some of Mexico’s
finest contemporary artists.
