                                                            1869.  The super tender slow-cooked veal shank in
                                                            thick tomato sauce teamed up with bulgar rice and
                                                            creamy eggplant puree enriched with cerkez cheese.
                                                            Mary had the Saray Usulu Pilic - stuffed chicken,
                                                            chard sauté and thulum cheese in a brown tarragon
                                                            mushroom sauce.
                                                              Our grand meal ended with a deliciously moist
                                                            pumpkin and walnut cake topped by cream and
                                                            tahini sauce. It was a Sultan’s feast.
