Mendocino Headlands State Park
The front door of the Village is Mendocino Headlands
Park, a blend of very walkable trails, gorgeous coastline,
and stretches of secluded beaches. It surrounds the town
on three sides. It’s an easy walk from town, but we maxi-
mized our time, taking advantage of parking lots along
three miles of walkways above the cliffs. At each, signs
pointed to viewpoints ahead.
