As we disembarked, we were all laughing that we

drawn carriage. Mohamed had cautioned us about
over-tipping our drivers and made sure we had the
exact amount suggested for a tip. He warned that
some horses weren’t in the best shape – but that
carriage rides were the only available transport to the
temple.
Dozens and dozens of carriages were parked on
the street. “Stay with me,” Mohamed shouted over
the cacophony of whinnies and shouting drivers.
