extra special dinner menu, three appetiz‐
ers, ‘Surf and Turf’, Filet Mignon and Scal‐
lops and Beet salad. Then, the finale as the
staff walked through with a flaming Baked
Alaska with Berry Compote. This was all
followed by a plate of delectable treats.
The trip felt like such a success that we
are already looking into options for our
next ‘bike and boat’ adventure. For now,
we savor the rich memories of our unique
time discovering the countryside along the
Danube.
