We chose the kitchen setting, and
took our seats on bar stools in front of
the brushed stainless steel kitchen
counter and a rough-hewed granite shelf
that showcased indigenous ingredients
used in the dishes. From our perch we
watched all of our beautifully plated
dishes come together.
