We dined at the restaurant twice on this trip.
We had booked a table before discovering that it
was the last stop on our gourmet Tastes and Spir-
its of Santa Fe food tour with Carol Imrie-Mui.
Two visits allowed us to sample more of the
restaurant’s mystique and seasonal signature
dishes.
Geronimo’s interior is Santa Fe hip without go-
ing overboard. Rustic beamed ceilings cap creamy
adobe walls lit by antler chandeliers and glowing
kiva fireplaces and smartly hung with oversize
paintings. Banquettes and chairs are soft leather
with nailhead trim.
There’s also a modest front porch dining space
outside the entrance, ideal for people watching on
a balmy night. Since It can be a challenge to find
parking on Canyon Road, the restaurant wisely of-
fers valet parking.
